Latte's Terms of Service

PLEASE READ- I will not tolerate or serve anyone who is Homophobic, Anti-furry/therian, Racist, Sexist, Ableist, or anyone who shows any other discriminatory actions. Please do not associate my art and designs with any of these, and NSFW, 18+, etc.
- I have the right to decline or accept any commission without compensation, but I will probably give it anyway.
- Disrespect will never be tolerated, and to easily avoid this please use a professional setting when ordering.- When using my art and designs, please credit me, even if it's just for character storage.
- I can and will revoke designs from those who don’t use credit.
- Do not remove any signatures I put on my art pieces.
- There is a 2 month cooldown before any designs can be sold, but you cannot sell them for more than you bought them for.
- Art is not tradeable or sellable. It can come with characters when sold, but I do not want my art to effect the value of the Character.- Deadlines can be agreed upon before I start on the commission, but are not required.
- While I probably won’t, I have the right to change set deadlines if the current one is just not possible.
- I will try to get your commission done within a timely manner, but please be patient with me if and when life gets in the way.
- I am allowed to post your commission on a social platform.
(Ex. Toyhouse, Deviantart, Scratch) Please request otherwise
- If you give me an email in your order, you will receive a sketch update, which can be edited once Not majorly, that will cost extra if you do
- Along with my right to decline any commision request, I will often do it becuase of a missing c0d3word (Latte547), which I use to make sure that my TOS has been read.
- None of these prices are negotiable, I will not lower any price to fit anyone's needs, because those are the set worth of my art, and I won't change it.

Payment Options

You don't need to pay until your request is accepted and your order number given, however your commission won't be given to you/released until you pay. This isn't required for points, but is for Bank Transfers. This is for organizational purposes
